B.Application Area:
1.UV fluorescent UV aging tester is mainly used for simulation of destructive effects of sunlight,
moisture and temperature of the material; material aging including fade, loss of light, strength
reduction, cracking, peeling, pulverization and oxidation etc, Fluorescent UV aging test chamber
through the simulation sunshine, condensation and mimic the natural moist and samples damage in
simulated environment test may need few days or weeks to reappear outdoor.
2.In UV fluorescent UV aging test chamber, UV lamp fluorescent UV can simulate the sun,
condensation and water spray system can be reproduced the effects of rain and dew. The
temperature is controllable in the whole test loop. Typical test loop is usually high temperature
under the UV irradiation and relative humidity in the 100% of the dark and wet condensation cycle;
typical applications in the paint, automotive industry, plastic products, wood products, glue, etc..
C. Simulated the sun :
1.Ultraviolet radiation in the sun is the main factor causing the damage of most materials. We use
ultraviolet light to simulate the short wavelength ultraviolet part of the sun, which produces very
little visible or infrared spectral energy. We can choose different wavelengths of UV ultraviolet light
according to different testing requirements, because the total ultraviolet radiation energy and
wavelength are not the same. Usually, the UV tube can be divided into two kinds of UVA and UVB.
D.UV light tube:
1. Lamp tube can be excellent to simulate solar light in the shortwave ultraviolet and from 365 nm to the
sun light cut off 295 nm in the wavelength range. (United States original imported lamps)
2. The short wavelength ultraviolet light emitted by the lamp is strongly, which is usually the sun’s
ultraviolet radiation on the surface of the earth, so that it can accelerate the aging of the material.
However, the tube may cause damage to some of the material that does not conform to theactual.
3. Lamps: mainly used in the quality control and research and development, or the weather resistance of
the material running test.
4. Lamp: the simulation of the window glass of the sun’s ultraviolet light, which is the most effective for
the aging of the test indoor materials.
E.Irradiation intensity control optional:
1.The irradiation intensity of selection control options of accurate and repeatable test results can be
obtained; light intensity control system allows users to set different light intensity according to different
test requirement. Through the feedback loop device for accurate control of the irradiation intensity; also
can prolong the service life of fluorescent lamp.
F.Chamber material:
