The Burn in Chamber is an environmental oven used to evaluate the reliability of multiple semiconductor devices and performs large capacity screenings for premature failure (infant mortality). These chambers are designed for static and dynamic burn-in of integrated circuits (ICs) and other electronic devices such as laser diodes.This system evaluates the reliability of high-density semiconductor devices and performs large capacity screenings. Featuring excellent temperature uniformity performance and permissible heat generation load characteristics, this system accommodates a large capacity of burn-in boards (increased by 33%) and saves space with a compact design.Burn-In Chambers are designed for ambient to high temperature applications for the electronics, pharmaceutical and many other industries. The equipment is accurately measured by a temperature and humidity sensor and controlled by an industrial programmable controller.With high control and test accuracy, it can provide continuous and repeatable humidity measurement. Control Instrumentation- HMI Red Lion & Siemens (PLC)

Red Lion (HMI) & Siemens (PLC) or Eurotherm. This chamber comes with two controllers, it’s the choice of the customer if they want HMI or Eurotherm. For HMI 7” Red Lion high resolution TFT provided with program logic controller (Siemens). Number of programs & profile segments with ramp & soak duration provided for cyclic operation. The temperature measuring and control systems provided with PID modules. Set value & process value with graphical display on main screen.

Control Instrumentation -Eurotherm Programmer

Eurotherm (UK make) Programmable microprocessor PID controller for temperature withdigital display powerful PID, no of programs & segments each could be stored in ramp &soak period settable in hours & minutes. No of loops provided for re-appear the program. Control readout of actual and set-point values & calibration capability for actual and set values. PC communication with user friendly software. RS 232/485 communication port provided for operating the chamber through PC as well as data logging facility. Tubular display & graphical display provided with complete historyprinting & storing facility.

Refrigeration system

Single or Cascade system. Compressors:Bitzer/GEA Hermetic or semi hermetic. Sealed compressor will be provided for low temperature. The compressor used in the system is Emerson. Liquid receiver &Filter (Danfoss-Denmark), wellbalanced Hi cool(CE approved Condenser fan with safety grill)

Humidification system

The humidification system will be of steam humidifierwith Low-pressure moisture generator provided in builtwith chamber construction. It will be located insideducting place and top opened steam exhaust through aircirculation. The steam generation is very fine mistcirculating throughout the work space and will becondensed free vaporization. 2.0 KW wet heater will beusing to achieve maximum RH limit. The wet Heateroperating power will be driven through the opto isolatedsolid-state relays. It is operating gradual % of PID outputso that current efficient not decreaseforpowerfluctuation during the operation.
